But Not All Food Likes Braces
Okay, so this part isn’t that fun, but it is important. Braces and certain foods like taffy and pizza crust are not a good mix. So, there are a few things you’ll need to be careful of when you get braces.
When you come in for your consultation, we’ll go over the complete list of what you can and cannot eat while wearing braces. Basically, avoid anything hard, sticky, or chewy, and you’re good to go.
