REFERRAL RULES & REWARDS
When your referred friend or family member starts treatment at our office, two great things will happen: They will receive $100 Off Treatment & you will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card!
Referrers ~ Please note the following:
- To Refer A Friend, share this website link with your family and friends and have them fill in their information and your information in the form below:
- www.buckscountyorthodontics.com/refer-a-friend/
- Existing patients are not able to be “referred.”
- Your referral must complete this Share A Smile referral form before they come in for a consult.
- You may not refer patients within the same household.
- When your referral starts treatment, you will receive your $100 Amazon Gift Card.
- Submissions expire after 12 months.
